Concieve first: If this is your plan, then have children first to minimize the potential for interfering with lactation. If however, you are intent on the breast reduction first, i would recommend waiting at least 9 months.

Flip that around: It is better to finish childbearing first if childbearing is still in the picture. Breastfeeding might be easier before breast reduction surgery.

Soon...: Assuming that all the medications used around the time of surgery have been cleared, there is no specific time period to wait. Keep in mind, that the breasts may change during and after pregnancy; generally, if at all possible best to wait on having breast surgery until you have completed pregnancies.

Wait for breast redu: If you have not had the breast reduction and are currently considering pregnancy, my advice would be to defer the surgery until completion of child bearing which may have unpredictable effects on your breast. If you are having the breast reduction irregardless. I would wait a minimum of 9 months but I have to admit that is arbitrary and just my personal experience/advice.

Better to wait: It is best to have breast reduction surgery when childbearing is already complete.

A Few Months.: Best to wait at least a few weeks after the procedure is performed; this ensures that medications used around the time of breast reduction surgery will have left your system. If at all possible, wait on having the breast reduction procedure until after you have completed pregnancies. Doing so, will minimize the chances that additional surgery will be “necessary” post-pregnancy.
