Your pediatrician: You should see your pediatrician first so he/she can determine that the symptoms your child has are indeed due to the rotavirus vaccine. Look at the cdc vaccine information: http://www.Cdc.Gov/vaccines/pubs/vis/downloads/vis-rotavirus.Pdf reaction to this vaccine is very uncommon, so you may have to look for other causes of the problem (you did not specify what the symptoms are).

Rotavirus vaccine: Rotavirus vaccine side effects may include mild, time-limited diarrhea, vomiting & irritability. This does usually require medical intervention. If concerned would consult with your baby's pediatrician.
