2 weeks before i put 5th month vaccine(rotavirus,polio,penta pcv) for my 5month old baby, weight is 6.5kg.past 2 weeks he is pooping frequently like watery mucus and mild green in colour.he is in breastfeeding.is this changes because of vaccine?

Sometimes the rotavirus vaccine can trigger some looser stools for a while. I don't consider the cited changes worrisome or in need of any changes in your usual child care.
