My two month old got roteq vaccine for rotavirus two day's ago. i was told to wash hands after changing diapers but can it transfer through vomit?

Unlikely: If the kid vomited within hours of the oral dose it might contaminate you or other surfaces with the weak rotavirus strains. Good hand washing can remove the risk although the risk is minor. Adults are usually immune to rotavirus from childhood experiences. I consider the worrying about it a waste of energy.
