Exercise: Pilates and yoga exercises are excellent to maintain flexiblity and range of motion. One should lead as normal life as possilbe.

Life style changes: Regular exercise routines, good nutrition and weight control, avoidance of smoking as well as good sleep habits will all contribute to a heathier life as you age with or without a scoliosis. Keep bone density loss from developing.
