Possible poor result: Cts surgery is usually safe and successful in over 95%. Your description may indicate a post-operative infection or scarring, and you need to have a thorough investigation by the surgeon, or even an infectious disease specialist.

Not Abnormal: That is not the most common course of pos op carpal tunnel surgery, but it happens occassionally. You will need closer follow up and may need ot hand therapy.
