Minimal: After the cornea has healed (about a month) there is minimal strength change to the cornea in modern small incision cataract surgery.

Not much: As long as you have a small incision operation with a 2.75mm entry or smaller the cornea will not lose much tensile strength. The sensitive inner cells of the cornea (endothelium) can be damaged with denser cataracts or surgeon inexperience.

None: None. The strength of the cornea is not significantly effected by cararact surgery.
