Eye surgery for congenital cataracts age 5. my iop now at 28 is usually 20-22 every year. however my cornea thickness is 585 and oct is normal. i am at higher risk for glacial given the surgery but is that pressure concerning or not given my corneas?

Your cornea is not that thick so it should not affect the result of IOP which is in the high range. However, high IOP does not mean you will have glaucoma but you can be at risk. Please follow closely with your ophthalmologist. Good luck.
