A member asked:

Surgery for congenital cataracts age 5. my iop now at 28 yo is usually 20-22 every year. however my cornea thickness is 585 and oct is normal. i am at higher risk for glaucoma given the surgery but is that pressure concerning or not given my corneas?

Correcting for corneal thickness puts your IOP in the very high teens. I assume your visual fields are normal and your discs are normal. If so then you can be monitored yearly for any trends but have nothing to worry about now. Continue with a glaucoma ophthalmologist for your annual examination.
