Is there a relationship between cataracts and fuchs's corneal dystrophy?

No: Fuch's is a condition of the cornea where the cornea can become cloudy, and cataract is where the lens of the eye becomes cloudy. Surgery for one can affect the other by causing the clouding to progress. Cataract surgery can exacerbate clouding of the lens from Fuch's.
