How fast do you build up a tolerance to vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) and need to up the dose?

Some do, most don't: Some people do get tolerant after a period of time, but most people don't. Some only get a tolerance at the begining, and then when they reach their effective dose they can maintain at that level for a long time. Each person is different and different people have different tolerance and effective levels where the drug works.
