This should : Not be an issue. If you are taking the prescribed dose for ADHD without abusing it you should be able to stop the drug without experiencing any symptoms of withdrawal. In addition you can start back on the dose that was most effective after stopping it. You should not experience "tolerance" from taking this medication as prescribed.
