Concerned about my tolerance to vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) as i am at maximum dosage and do n ot receive the benefits anymore and finding myself going back into anti social behaviors like previously. alternative meds?

Why not: Review this with your prescribing physician. There are many medications out there beyond Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).

Other stim and non-s: There are several other stimulants-methylphenidatetype-concerta , metadate CD, Ritalin, and mixed amphatamine salts-Adderall, also strattera-a non-stimulant "ADHD" med. You might try adding tenex to the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to see if that would be helpful
