Why not: Review this with your prescribing physician. There are many medications out there beyond Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).

See your doctor: You must discuss this with your doctor soon. Your doctor knows your past history and the medicines you've already tried. If you need a second opinion, then pursue that too, but do get checked as soon as possible.

Discuss symptoms and: dosing with prescriber to determine: Is the ADHD response to Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) good but not enough? Is there another condition that will not respond to Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and may need alternative or additional medicine and/or psychotherapy? Psychiatric conditions and their treatments can be very complex and require careful review and adjustments. Best regards.

Other stim and non-s: There are several other stimulants-methylphenidatetype-concerta , metadate CD, Ritalin, and mixed amphatamine salts-Adderall, also strattera-a non-stimulant "ADHD" med. You might try adding tenex to the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to see if that would be helpful
