Congenital cataract : Depending on how long ago the surgery was performed, there are many things that can be done. A complete eye exam to determine the state of your eye would be necessary. Some people would benefit from refractive surgery and others from a new intraocular lens. Your doctor can go over all your options.

Depends: You may be able to improve the vision with glasses, contacts or laser correction. There may be scar tissue that can be lasered. Depending on the age, you can patch the other eye. You need exam and recommendations from ophthalmologist.

Possibly: You should see an eye doctor to determine if anything can be done to improve vision. In some cases, glasses or a contact lens can help improve vision. Other issues such as glaucoma, amblyopia, etc may limit best corrected vision though.
