Neither: Today's newborns rarely if ever have a Rh factor issue do to progress in managing the issue during pregnancy. ( I haven't seen it in 40 yrs)There are some that may become anemic after birth due to ABO profile conflicts, where the mom has sent antibodies across the placenta that break attack the babies red cells.
