Weight loss calc: I do not have enough details to give you an exact number. Their are approximately 3500 calories in one pound so you would need to have a total calorie deficit of about 100k calories which can be reached in two ways: increase your exercise activity (or duration) and by eating less. Let's say you burned up 200 calories per day and ate 200 calories less than you require to maintain weight: 262 days!
