How can you lose weight during menopause? i'm 270 lbs, i tried everything, my thyroid is fine, i don't take any meds, my doc said healthy diet and exercise but nothing seem to be working. what can i do? im pretty desperate on this weight?

I dont think there is a straightforward answer that fits everybody when we talk about weight loss. For best results we have to work with a team and combine nutritional changes and exercise with therapy, coaching and medications, sometimes surgery. The strategy needs to be taylored for each person.
