hypothyroid/hashimoto's. levels low. on synthroid (thyroxine) & small amount of cytomel. can't lose weight, diet/exercise don't help! what can i do to lose lbs?

Hyporhyroid: Make sure your TSH is less than 4 and if so consume less calories than you burn off. Weight watchers is a good old stand by.
