Interval training: Interval training is exercise aimed at significantly increasing heart rate so that your body is in the anaerobic zone.This helps with cardiovascular fitness, conditioning.When one does high intensity interval training, this is excellent for cardiovascular fitness as well as for burning body fat.If you have never done this , start with aerobic exercise first.Vo2 max testing is very useful with this.
