? What are you..,: Training for? Both are aerobic activities obviously but interval training is very helpful if you are interested in running and training for races... Unless you are talking about high intensity interval weight workout training.... I prefer aerobic workouts 5-6 days a week w/ 2or3 'weight' workouts mixed in.., hope that helps !
