A member asked:

If i am doing interval training how long until i see results?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends..: On how much you're doing, and what your diet is like. Calories in need to be less than the calories you are burning in order to see weight loss. If you are working to produce cardiovascular health or muscle gain, then eat a good well-rounded low carbohydrate diet. Muscle gain with fitness training may actually cause weight gain, since muscle weighs more than fat. Don't get discouraged.
