Up to toleration: In general exercise as much as you can tolerate. At least 30 to 60 minutes per day of a mixture of cardio and weightbearing activity will help keep your heart strong and your bones strong. Using a personal trainer would be beneficial if you like to go to the gym. Alternatively playing a sport or doing activity in a group will make it more enjoyable.
