Eating well: Vegetarian diets are used throughout the world. Healthy choices means eating enough plant based proteins through beans, legumes, lentils, nuts, seeds, tofu/tempeh, eggs and dairy if eating that. Eat whole grains rather than white flour: quinoa, buckwheat, steel cut oatmeal are good choices. Aim for 7-9 servings of vegges and fruits (less fruit though), and supplement with b, d, omega3, iron.
