Everywhere: Even though the american college has discussed certain myofascial tender points to classify fibromyalgia, this decision was done by a committee with consensus for the tender sites chosen. People with fibromyalgia can have a variety of myofascial tender points which do not have to be in these specified classical locations.

Support Points: ? where fibromyalgia (FM) tender points located. Anatomical ligament-tendon insertion sites on skeleton held together by these soft tissues. Injured soft tissues (primary FM cause) impart compensatory tilt to body tower; inducing asymmetric soft tissue functions & tissues further assaulted by repetitive gravitational stress injury; whereat splinted/guarded soft tissues further weaken/malfunction.
