Get second opinion: Patients with fibromyalgia typically feel excruciating pain if anyone as much as touches their tender points for trigger points lightly. Does not sound to me like you have fibromyalgia. The ANA being positive is of course of concern. I would recommend that you get a second opinion. Best wishes to you. I would get a second opinion from a board-certified rheumatologist.
