Need ddx for work now, waiting for ra labs etc skeptical abt fibromyalgia but was surprised at pain when touching tender pnts. other causes for them?

None: The clinical picture of specific trigger point tenderness, stiffness, fatigue, headaches and sleep disruption is fibromyalgia. There are not other causes and millions of dollars are wasted each year by doctors doing unnecessary testing to look for other causes.
