Stress/burnout: Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It happens when you feel overwhelmed and unable to meet constant demands. Signs include feeling tired all the time; emotional numbing; doing anything seems like waste of energy; feeling like nothing you do is appreciated or makes a difference. It is beyond "stress" alone.
