Depression: "burnout" or "stress" are frequently the way we describe a clinical depression. Certainly chronic stress will lead to the biochemical depletion that is expressed as depression. Some of the common symptoms of depression are the inability to think or make decisions, increased (or decreased) sleep, feeling bad. Get a professional evaluation, you can not fix the biochemical depletion on your own.
