YES: Please pay attention to the sense of decreasing care you are getting, the increasing difficulty, frustration, even that sense of ''too much''. This is a loving, giving thing; however, at some point all of us will need some help. Friends, relatives, societies about the difficulty. You will not be able to do what you set out to. Help does help.
