Good fats are impt: Fat has a bad reputation. You need good fats for your body to function well which are olive oil, avocado, nuts/seeds. You don't need fried foods or man made fats at all. You still always need to understand portion size since it is so distorted in the USA. Watch FED UP documentary for more info. Eat less calories, more veggies, some fruits, lean protein, and decrease the carbs to 2x/day
