is it okay to eat a lot of protien food but no or low fat and sugar ? while bodybuilding and losing fat weight ?

Need healthy fat: You can eat a lot of protein, but you still need healthy fats like omega 3's, monounsaturated like avocado and olive oil, etc. You can avoid processed sugar. You still need veggies, and high fiber fruits for their antioxidants and vitamins. You can have 2-3 servings/day of these fruits and that can be your dessert. Stay away from highly processed carbs.
