Need healthy fat: You can eat a lot of protein, but you still need healthy fats like omega 3's, monounsaturated like avocado and olive oil, etc. You can avoid processed sugar. You still need veggies, and high fiber fruits for their antioxidants and vitamins. You can have 2-3 servings/day of these fruits and that can be your dessert. Stay away from highly processed carbs.

High protein: There is some hazard in eating high protein without adequate calories. But, if your carbs come from natural fruit and whole vegetables and some whole grain, such as Quinoa or whole Oat, then you have an excellent program. It is essential to avoid sugar and saturated fat. Some plant oil is healthy though. Be sure you drink 3-4 liters fluid per day. Very high protein intake can promote kidney stone
