Crying babies: Breast fed babies may poop with every feed or may go a couple of days between bowel movements. As long as it's soft no worries. The new fussiness could be due to a number of things. Best way to handle it is to let the pediatrician know what's going on. They can get more details and get a physical exam done to figure out what is going on
