Stop simethicone: Simethecone may be causing restlessness being fussy and crying . Better stop this medicine and consult your doctor. Continue breast feeding andsimilac if you think that your breast milk is not enough and burp the baby after feed .That may relieve gas .

Fussiness: Breast fe babies can have a stool with each feeding, once a, day or can go as pong as a week without having one. They maybet fussy as the week progresses. Try burping your infant frequently If he seems to be constipated you may give him formula with 1-2 tablespoons with dark Karo syrup
