Hard to interpret: Early infancy is hampered by weak flabby belly muscles & often leads to use of the breathing fussing muscles to move food/gas along or poop. They can poop every feed or only once a week. Many appear to struggle/hurt when they are just processing feeds. Some struggle more than others. If the kid feeds well & is growing this may be normal. If concerned have the kid seen.

Check your diet: Babies often have gas and that can occur even if they are usually fine.Check your diet to be sure there is nothing you were eating which is different than usual, and could be causing more gas from the breast milk.As long as she isn't vomiting,is drinking, and having wet diapers, you can observe her, hold her legs with her knees bent to help her relieve some gas, and call her doctor if it continues.
