Likely not a problem: Exclusively breast fed babies can often go 1 to 2 weeks without stooling. As long as the baby is otherwise healthy: nursing normally, wetting diapers, and active then I think you can give the baby a few more days. Fever or vomiting changes that recommendation; call the doctor.
