Hi. i have a 3 week old baby girl who is on breast milk and on nan perlahon. she has ppoped since 2 dats agi. she farts a. lot but no poop please help?

May be normal : Breastfed babies usually poop once a day, but they sometimes go for 1- 2 days without a poop. If there is no poop after the 3rd day, or if she seems to be uncomfortable or crying, do a rectal stimulation. Get a rectal thermometer and gently move it around rubbing it on the rectal wall. The stimulation should prompt her to poop. See your Pediatrician if she does not poop
