Diflucan (fluconazole): I do use diflucan (fluconazole) in pregnancy though not usually daily. Diflucan (fluconazole) in doses over 400mg/day in the first trimester have been associated with birth defects. Since the issues with diflucan (fluconazole) are mostly 1st trimester I would suggest you ask your OB if it would be ok to take the diflucan (fluconazole) weekly until you're 14 weeks (second trimester start) and then if needed do the daily dose for one week.
