Hello i recently got a yeast infection and was treated with 2 doses of diflucan. i have been feeling almost back to normal until today i feel some symptoms coming back. is it safe to have a third dose of diflucan? i can't get in with my obgyn?

If it has been more than 3-4 days since your second dose, it will be safe and perhaps effective to repeat it one more time. Contact your doctor if symptoms persist or rapidly recur yet again. Up to 10% of vaginal yeast infections are caused by candida that does not respond to fluconazole or other "azole" drugs; alternative treatment may be needed.
