Probably: CDC guidelines recommend using topical antifungal products to treat pregnant women with yeast infections, especially for longer periods than usual if these infections persist. Studies looking at the use of low doses of fluconazole ( single dose of 150 mg) during the first trimester of pregnancy did not find adverse effects however. Ask for a single dose vaginal suppository and see if that works.
