What can cause the sensation of burning in stomach, without acid reflux and negative for h. pylori? could it still be ulcer or gastritis?

Dyspepsia: It could be ulcer or gastritis. Have you tried OTC meds like zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec? If these have not helped at all then you need to see a GI specialist for further testing. If you haven't tried these meds then try for 2 weeks.
