In normal and usual cases, if a person has h pylori gastritis or ulcers. does symptom of burning pain starts improving immediately upon ppi administration! or it takes some days to feel difference and pain still continues and bothers for a week or so?

Takes,time: PPIs work,by stopping or,decreasing acid,production, so,the decrease is symptoms takes some time as opposed to an anti-acid. If you do have h, pylori, please get treatment to resolve this condition vs just masking symptoms. Good luck
