Maybe gas: Ultrasound may certainly show gas. That may not explain the symptoms. You might consider talking to your doctor and see about looking for the cause of this vomiting. The stomach and gallbladder may contribute to it. The ultrasound should have seen the gallbladder so perhaps there is a stomach problem. Best talk to your doctor
