A member asked:

My daughter is throwing up after feeding from pushing to relieve her gas pain is this something i should be concerned about or should i continue to feed her and let her body do the work ?

It is important to burp her after feeding and you may need to do it several times to reduce the chances of gas going down to the gut from the stomach to cause the gas pains that may make her cry. If you hold her head up well when burping on your shoulder, she is less likely to throw up.
