Gastroenterology : I'm assuming that you have been worked up for any food or nutrient intolerance. If not, a food diary and an Allergy specialist is worth looking in to. You can also get barium, Gastric Motilty studies with your GI doctor. Unfortunately, it may take some time before a diagnosis can be reached.

Acid reducers should: help because when you vomit while on them there will be much less acid to irritate your throat and mouth. I would make sure you take them every day so that even if you vomit you won;t get esophagitis. There are drugs that effect the valve and speed emptying of the stomach like reglan (metoclopramide) and compazine.. you might ask your doctor to try them. You can try meditaiton and eat small frequent meals.

Get HIDA scan: Gallbladder disease may not show up on sono or CT. This test will cause GB to contract, possibly producing your familiar discomfort and confirming the diagnosis as it shows reduced ejection fraction.
