Many causes...: Intermittent ovarian torsion, intestinal issues, small hernia, muscle spasms, gastroenteritis, tuboovarian abscess. If US was normal and wbc elevated then I suspect infection. Diarrhea? Fevers? Back pains? Burning on urination?

Abdominal pain: Lower right side pain, elevated WBC and and vomiting . How bout an appendicitis. I am glad the pelvic ultrasound us OK, but that does not look at the appendix.
