Chest wall inflamm: Aspirin, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Naproxen, Ibuprofen, or some good pain killer will be the best adjunct therapy until this subsides. May take 2-3 weeks for costochondritis to resolve clinically, make sure you are seeing a doc regularly to monitor progress
