Could be: Left lower lung problem, such as pneumonia, pleuritis, pulmonary embolus. Or it could be upper abdominal problem, such as stomach, pancreas, or spleen. Or it could be shingles. As you can see, the possibilities are so numerous that it is impossible to go through all of them here. Go see a doctor to help figure it out for you.
