Lower left side pelvic pain for 1yr,9mo. us 1 wk after onset, only small 1.5cm cyst, ct after 9 mos of symptoms, small cyst right side. pain permanent/focal/sharp/burning/stabbing. worse when lying on that side. cause for concern if clear imaging?

Pelvic pain : Typically a cyst that is less than 3 cm will not cause any pain or symptoms. Pain in the pelvis is often from another organ such as muscles, nerves, gi tract, and even stress can cause pain. I'd recommend being seen and evaluated by a physician
