Sharp brief stabbing pain near left temple. all day on and off. also a bit in the right side. worried about auerysm. what else could it be.

Unlikely aneurysm.: Aneurysms are only on one side, so typically you would not have pain on two sides. Also, pain from an aneurysm bleed is usually very severe and long lasting, frequently felt in the neck. This sounds a bit more like a migraine, although a strange one.
