Unlikely aneurysm.: Aneurysms are only on one side, so typically you would not have pain on two sides. Also, pain from an aneurysm bleed is usually very severe and long lasting, frequently felt in the neck. This sounds a bit more like a migraine, although a strange one. Don't rub or mess with the painful place. Try cold compresses. Take your acetaminophen according to package directions. Check with doctor also
