SI jnt pain not calf: SI joint pain refers to low back primarily, but can radiate to upper buttock, posterior, lateral, thigh, and occasionally to groin. Calf pain is not related to SI dysfunction. Visit a PMR doctor or orthopedist for an evaluation to determine the cause of your pain, and start a treatment program
